We offer low impact aerobics and Kickboxing classes. Our certified trainers have years of experience in helping their clients achieve success in weight loss and strength training. Call our office for the schedule of classes 404-761-2766, option #0.

  • Kickboxing is an exercise program that utilizes kicking and punching with added aerobics.
  • Low impact aerobics is a beginner to intermediate level exercise program that uses a low level of aerobics.
